Our approach is to source locally available materials that deliver the appropriate level of acoustic performance. We avoid/ minimise the use of specifically branded acoustics products which we find to be unnecessarily overpriced. 95% of the acoustic properties of the materials which we specify in our designs are readily available in the local builder’s provider. When it comes to specialists acoustic materials/components we can help with identifying potential suppliers and product procurement.
This practical approach shapes our ability to assess alternative designs and review them with our eye towards value engineering.
